We TXT to confirm your service appointments 1-5 business days prior to your appointment date. If we can only leave a message, it’s your responsibility to remember your details to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
We realize that plans change and you may have to cancel or reschedule. Please give us 24-hour notice of any cancellations or changes. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee after two or more no-shows.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
We do not accept personal checks.
